Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to verify whether data entry on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

For more information on Google reCAPTCHA, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Use at the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de and https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=de.

Live chat Userlike

CC Pharma uses a chat software of the company Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. You can use the chat like a contact form to chat almost in real time with our staff. When you start the chat, the following personal data is collected:

Date and time of the call,
browser type/version,
IP address,
operating system used,
URL of the previously visited website,
Amount of data sent.
And if specified: First name, last name, and email address.

Depending on the course of the conversation with our employees, further personal data may arise in the chat, which will be entered by you. The nature of these data depends largely on your request or the problem you describe to us. The purpose of processing all of this data is to provide you with a quick and efficient way to contact us and thus improve our customer service.

All our employees have been and will be trained on the subject of data protection and taught how to handle customer data safely and confidentially. All our employees are bound to confidentiality and have accordingly signed an addendum in their employee contracts to the obligation to maintain confidentiality and to observe data protection.

By accessing the website www.cc-pharma.de, the chat widget is loaded in the form of a JavaScript file from AWS Cloudfront. The chat widget technically represents the source code that runs on your computer and enables the chat.

In addition, CC Pharma stores the history of the chats for a period of 6 months. This serves the purpose of possibly sparing you extensive explanations about the history of your inquiry as well as for the constant quality control of our chat offer. The processing is therefore permitted pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. If you do not wish this, you are welcome to inform us of this using the contact details listed below. Stored chats will then be deleted by us immediately.

The storage of chat data also serves the purpose of ensuring the security of our information technology systems. This is also our legitimate interest, which is why the processing is permitted under Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO.

For more information, please refer to the privacy policy of Userlike UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.

DocCheck

This website uses the DocCheck password protection. DocCheck also uses the “cookies” already mentioned above. The information generated by these cookies is only transmitted to servers of DocCheck and is neither shared with the website operator, i.e. CC Pharma, nor any other third parties.

Cookie 2: Doccheck_scu_data – is used to provide suitable content based on pseudonymized identification data (e.g. profession, country, language) and has a lifetime of 1 year. There is no data transfer to countries outside the EU.

Log data: Within the scope of using the DocCheck password protection, DocCheck collects the so-called protocol data (IP address, access date, access time, referrer URL, information about hardware and software used such as browser characteristics, device information such as resolution) of the user, starting from the website of the information provider who embeds the login via “embed” or iFrame into the website. This data is not used to draw conclusions about the person, but is used to ensure the correct display of the page or iFrame content and/or the security of the DocCheck services.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
